Hi, Being a resident of Bangalore, I am aware of the name change process in Karnataka. So, for the taxpayer e name change process,
you will need to visit the
Sakala online services
page
Next, enter your credentials to log in.
Select "Online Application Form."
Next, choose Transfer.
Give all relevant information, such as the applicant's type, PID or Khata number, and more.
Upload any necessary documents or certifications, such as sale deeds and Aadhar.
After that, click "Submit." Enter the OTP, and you will receive an SMS regarding your new Khata in two weeks.
Collect the Khata certificate from the BBMP office. Now go to the BBMP website and check whether the name has changed or not
It should have changed, if not, visit the BBMP office with all the documents and this updated Khata.
