Visit the official website of your state
Click on “Apply’ under the property registration.
You will need to register yourself, and if already registered login to your account.
Now select the district, Tehsil & registrar where the property is located.
Enter the captcha code
Select the nature of the document
Provide property details for evaluation
Select the payment service type E-stamp, stamp, E-payment, and make the specified payment.
Now select the user consent and then click on the Save button to proceed.
At last, make the payment for stamp duty.
