You can follow the below steps to unregister from the MSEDC electricity bill in Pune after leaving your rental flat:

Use your account details to log in.
Choose a consumer option.
Tap on the
Disconnection Request. The New Disconnection Request screen will appear on the new page.
Fill out your Consumer Number, Name, Address, Pin Code, Phone Number, Email ID, Type of Disconnection (Permanent or Temporary), and so on.
Choose the date of the request for disconnection.
Specify the reason for disconnection.
Click Submit to successfully complete the disconnection process.
