I asked a friend of mine to do wall art and she did an abstract painting surrounding the board and it looked too good. You can try painting such arts as well
Buy stencils and use some acrylic colors to decorate the board or space around it
I also bought some wall stickers from flipkart and used them on the switch boards . So that's another way to make your boards bright and beautiful
You can cover the boards with bright colored fabrics as well
The best idea is to use neon tape on the boards
