Take a lengthy garland of marigold flowers and tape it across the grills of the staircase. You can do it in a straight line or swirl it around.
Another way to decorate the staircase would be to go for fairy lights or as we call it diwali lights. You’ll need electricity connections and accurate length measurements to buy the fairy lights. You can hang them in a similar fashion as that of the marigold flowers on the grill of the stairs.
Next stair decoration ideas for home came from my little one. He suggested that we should light diyas or candles in a jar and place them on the side of each step of the stairs.
