Here is how to create BESCOM account ID;
Start by opening the BESCOM page (
https://www.bescom.co.in/bescom/main/home) and selecting the Login option.
From the login section, choose the Customer Login page.
Since you are a new user, click on Click here to Register to begin the registration process.
Next, enter your Account ID. If you do not know your Account ID, click on the Find out Account ID option.
You can locate the Account ID by using the reference number mentioned on your electricity bill. Once you enter the correct Account ID, the registration form will open automatically.
Fill in all the required personal details carefully. Make sure you enter accurate information, as all mandatory fields must be completed to proceed further.
After this, create a User ID and a password of your choice. Ensure that both are unique and secure. Re-enter the password to confirm it, then click on Save and Continue.
In the next step, enter your date of birth and choose the security questions that you prefer. Type clear and memorable answers for the selected questions, as these will help you recover your account if needed in the future.
After completing these details, read and accept the terms and conditions of registration by ticking the checkbox. Once done, submit the form to complete the process.
After successful submission, the system will display a confirmation message on the screen.
Your login credentials will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
You can use these credentials to log in to the customer portal anytime and access various online services easily.
