Steps to Cover Open Shelves in a Dining Room
Here are two different ways I came across to cover open shelves.
Using Curtain
The simplest solution I found was to hang curtains in front of the shelves. You can really let your imagination run wild by choosing the fabric and color you love, from sheer to printed designs.
Just install a curtain rod and hang ready made door curtains.
This option should cost you not over Rs.1500. It gives you an affordable way to style your space while keeping things practical.
Install Sliding Doors
The second option, which is more expensive, is to install sliding doors. There are different sliding door systems. Some are simple, where the door hangs from a track at the top, while others are more advanced, with rollers or balls at the bottom to help the door slide smoothly.
