I think, you have already registered the sale deed and now, you wish to rectify the mistake. In such a case, you can get a rectification deed on the original registered deed. This can be done from the same place where you got your original deed registered (sub registrar's office). You would need to pay the stamp duty and registration charges as per the laws in force in the state.
