How to Convert IPPB Digital Account to Regular Account Online?
As per my knowledge, the conversion can only be done only through Doorstep Banking Services with a postman or GDS, or going to the closest IPPB access point.
To complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, provide:
Aadhaar Card (linked with mobile number)
PAN Card (or Form 60 if PAN is unavailable)
Recent passport-sized photograph
Bank officials will verify Aadhaar details using biometric authentication. If Aadhaar is not linked with mobile, an alternative KYC method may be required. Once the KYC is completed, the digital account will be converted into a Regular Savings Account with no restrictions on deposits or withdrawals. The upgraded account allows access to all IPPB services like fund transfers, bill payments, and full banking features.
