Ask for a pre-closure form and fill it out with all the required details.
Submit the filled-out form with the asked details and submit it with the required documents, such as an aadhar card, passport, and driving license.
Apart from the documents mentioned above, you also need to provide loan documents, bank statements, pre-payment statements, etc.
Pay the outstanding amount through cheque, demand draft, or cash.
