How to Close The HDFC Credit Card Online?
You can close your HDFC credit card by visiting HDFC’s credit card website. Make sure you open it on your mobile device only, as it is not operational on a desktop. Here is what you need to do next:
After clicking the link given above, enter your mobile number
Select the credit card you want to close
Enter the last four digits of your credit card next
Make sure to select the reason for closing your credit card
You will next receive an OTP that you will be asked to enter
Once you enter the OTP, your request will be submitted
HDFC will send you a notification about your credit card closure and provide you with updates as well. If you find this online process difficult, you can visit the bank and fill out a credit card closure form as well

Login to your HDFC netbanking account by clicking on
https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
Click on the tab of credit cards
Then click on option Credit Card Hotlisting provided on the left-hand side
Select the credit card number you want to cancel
You will be asked to write the reason for cancelling it and it will be done instantly.
If you are unable to understand the online process, just call HDFC customer care on 61606161/6160616 and ask them how to cancel it. Within a week or 10 days only you will be informed about your card cancellation.
