To close an e-mandate, log in to your bank’s net banking or mobile app. Go to the “E-Mandate / Standing Instructions” section and select the active mandate you want to stop. Click on “Cancel” or “Deactivate” and confirm the request. You may receive an OTP for verification. Once confirmed, the mandate is cancelled. You can also contact your bank or service provider if the option is not visible online.
