He told me to access the
Account Closure Request Formfrom the Bank of Baroda website.
Then he suggested me to download the form by clicking on the download icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Now, he told me to fill out the form accurately and then sign it.
Then, he asked me to visit the Bank of Baroda branch along with their passbook, cheque book, and debit card and surrender all of that.
He also told me to submit documents such as proof of identity and address proof.
