Bill Paid or Not?

Follow the steps below to know how you can check

payment status through the PGCL website.

• Visit the

  PGVCL website

  to assess their online portal.

• On the homepage you will be able to see the option of ‘Online Payment’. 

• Under this option you will be able to see the ‘View payment history’ or ‘View bill history’ option. Click on any of these options. 

• You will then be redirected to the e-Vidyut Seva page.

• There you will have to enter your registered mobile number and select your DISCOM.

• Then click on the ‘Login’ button.

• You will then be able to see all of the details of your bill including your past bills,

  the date of payment, amount paid, and payment status.

However, if you are a new user and you are not registered, then you will have to register first.

To register, 

1. Visit the same e-Vidyut page and while logging in, click 'DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT? SIGNUP’.

2.  For signing-up you will have to provide your CSN, mobile number, and email ID.

3.  Then you will receive an OTP on your mobile number for verification. 

4.  After you enter the OTP, create a strong password for your account. 

5.  You will then have to add all the required information that is asked and your registration will then be complete.

I prefer to do my PGVCL bill payment check online, as it is the most convenient and quickest way to do so. However, I also know that there are other options available, such as the mobile app, customer care, and SMS. I will tell you about all of the methods here.

To check my PGVCL bill payment status, I can use any of the following methods:

How to check electricity bill online PGVCL?

1. Go to the

   PGVCL Website Consumer Service

   link.

2. Click on the "View Payment History" tab.

3. Enter your mobile number and select DISCOM to login.

4. Select the date range for which I want to view my payment history.

5. Click on the "Submit" button.

6. I will be able to see a list of all of my recent payments, including the date of payment, amount paid, and payment status.

1. Download the PGVCL mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Log in to the app using my PGVCL account credentials.

3. Click on the "Payment History" icon.

4. Select the date range for which I want to view my payment history.

5. Click on the "Submit" button.

6. I will be able to see a list of all of my recent payments, including the date of payment, amount paid, and payment status.

1. Call the PGVCL customer care number at 1800-233-155333.

2. Provide my PGVCL account number to the customer care representative.

3. Ask the customer care representative to check my payment status.

1. Type the following SMS message: BILLSTATUS <Account Number>

2. Send the SMS message to 58558.

3. I will receive an SMS message with my payment status.
