When you retire, you as an Employee Provident Fund (EPF) subscribers receive a 12-digit Pension Payment Order (PPO). On the EPFO pensioner's website, EPS subscribers can use this PPO to verify the status of their pension. Pensioners or dependent family members may file complaints using this 12-digit number.
