“Meebhoomi” is a digital land records registry that aims to offer details regarding plots. It is a completely online operation, where you can access information like Ror 1B, Adangal Land records, Village Map, etc. It also provides Andhra Pradesh Land Records, liabilities, nature of possession of the land, area assessment, soil type, water source, Crop details, Tenancy,  and more. It was established by the Andhra Pradesh government in June 2015. Read below to know how to check land registration online in AP (Andhra Pradesh).

• This will redirect you to the Registration Details page. There, you will be able to search the registration details of apartments and layout plans.

• Just enter the plot number, survey number, Mandal, village, and district to get the details.

• Click on the ‘submit’ button. Finally, details of that particular property will appear on the screen.

In the year 2015, the Andhra Pradesh government launched the Meebhoomi AP Portal. This portal contains records of the digital land registry. Citizens of the state can access all the files via the portal. I think this has made data retrieval quick and easy.

Data like who owns the plot, the address of the plot, and village maps are given online. The Department of Revenue maintains these records. Even technical details about the land like water source, soil type, liabilities on land, and possession details are given there.

Earlier people could get their land partly registered online by submitting the required paperwork. To complete the process, they will need to go to the sub-registrar’s office along with 2 witnesses. Their property will be added to IGRS AP records.

Step 2: Then open the Registration Details page. Here you will see details about AP land registration deed details and layout plans. 

Step 3: Mention details like the district, Mandal, village, survey number, etc. 

Step 4: Hit on the ‘submit’ button. 

All the details will be displayed on the screen.
