Hey Bharti. I know how to check land registration documents online in Telangana and can help you out with it.
Go to the
Registration and Stamps Department website of Telangana.
Scroll down and click the Property Registration option under the Browse section.
Click on the Registered Document Details option from the list.
Select your user type as citizen, enter your phone number or Email ID, password and the captcha. Click the Login button.
Once you have logged in, you may be asked for information regarding your land, such as the district and other relevant information.
Submit and you should be able to check the documents related to your land registration.
You can also check the Encumbrance Certificate in the same way, by clicking the Encumbrance Search option under Property Registration. The EC will give you complete details of the registration of your land.

How to check land registration documents online in Telangana ?To make the life of landowners/ property owners easy, Telangana Government has digitised their record system and put it online. You can check all the details via the citizen portal of the state. All Integrated land records in the state of Telangana can be found on Dharani (official website).
Take a look at the process below :Open the Dharani portal.
You will see two options : Survey Number or Pattadar Passbook Number
Pick one and hit enter
You will be asked to provide information like District, Mandal, Village, etc.
If you opt for the other option, you will have to mention the survey number or pattadar passbook number
Hit enter to submit these details.
The land records including Telangana registration details will be mentioned there.
If you have trouble finding details online, you can visit the land records office and speak with someone regarding an application to extract TS land registration details.
