The Karnataka government launched this portal to digitize land records and make it easy for landowners to search for land info. RTC (also referred to as Pahani) includes the following details:
Information about the landowner
Tenancy
Liabilities like bank loans on the land
Identification of soil type
Nature of possession
Commercial, non-agricultural and agricultural residential flood area
Water Rate
Area of the Land
Type of land
Crops grown on the land
Go to the official Bhoomi land records Karnataka portal
For the current year, enter details like Hobli, Taluk, Surnoc, Hissa number, Survey number, District, etc. and tap on “Fetch Details”
After that, the Bhoomi Pahani Karnataka portal will display Land record information on the page.
To show the RTC, choose the “View RTC” button. If you want to download it, you will have to pay a Rs. 10-15 fee.
Similarly, you can also view details for old years by choosing the ‘old year’ option on the link given above.
