• Visit the official online portal of the Registration Department to know the Tamil Nadu land guideline value.

• Enter details like zone, sub-registrar office, village, etc., and fill in the survey or street number.

• Click on the “Submit” button

• After that, details of the Tamil Nadu guideline value including sub-registrar office, street name, village name, guideline value, and property classification will appear on the screen.
