  1. Visit the official BESCOM website (

  2. Scroll down to find the ‘Last Online Payment Status’ button. 

  3. Click on it, and it will land you to a page to check the last transaction status

  4. Enter your account ID, captcha, and click on the continue button

  5. The system will display your last online payment details, including payment date, amount paid, transaction reference number, and payment status (success or pending).

If the payment status shows successful, your bill has been cleared. If it appears to be pending or unsuccessful, wait a day and check again, or contact BESCOM customer service by providing the transaction reference number.
