In the HDFC Bank, my sister has savings accounts. She had to update the new number because she had lost her old one. She questioned me about the procedure, so I looked it up online and discovered the following steps:
Visit the nearest HDFC ATM.
Enter the debit card.
Choose the language in which you want to proceed.
Go to Main Menu. This will lead you to the following screen, where you may see more services.
Tap on More Options.
Choose “Update Registered Mobile Number.”
Input your new number and tap on Confirm.
Confirm your new contact details by entering them again.
Mention your PIN to get finally processed.
