How to change surname in PAN card online?I visited the
NSDL PANwebsite. You can also visit the
UTIITSLwebsite.
After this, I selected the ‘Change/Correction in PAN card details’.
Entered the ‘PAN Card’ number, fill in the other details, and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Entered the required details on the form.
Entered the changed/updated name.
Uploaded the required documents, paid the required fees, and submitted the application.
After this, I received an acknowledgement number.
If applied through NSDL, send the application to NSDL by post or to UTIITSL if the form was filled through the UTIITSL portal.
I took out a printout of the acknowledgement, attached the documents, and send it to the NSDL office in Pune. If you filled out the form through UTIITSL, you should send it to the UTIITSL offices in Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, or Chennai.
