Visit the respective website, register as a citizen (if not already done), or login using your credentials.
Once logged in, go to the “Property Tax” section, then select the “Ownership Change” or “Change Ownership / Name Change” option.
Enter the property’s identifiers: ward, door number, sub-number / Thandaper number, district, local body (municipality/panchayat/corporation) along with current owner details and the new owner’s name, contact, address.
