I have used the NoBroker app and once changed my profile picture very easily there. Just visit your profile and I think you can edit whatever details you want to. However it is very unclear what name you want to change and where.
Do you want to change your registry name? Then you will need to visit the registrar office along with the affidavit and also need to get it published in the newspaper. I would ask you to tell us exactly what sort of name change you are wanting.
