It sad to know that you people dont bother about customer request or feedback.. We had asked for the RM Changed. Still you have not given any furhter action against your RM... You haired unproductive people is not customer reposblity... If your RM dont work proper should have aleternative for the same... There is not rating for RM.. There is no guildline you have give for assigning the RM.
Please treat this uregent we dont want to disucss with your RM on this .. Tell her to stop all calling us.
