But for some reason, it is not working. I will therefore suggest that you opt for the offline process, which is:
Visit the concerned municipality office
You will need to fill out a relevant form and update your number there
Consult with an official there and submit all the relevant documents as asked for along with the form
This is the basic process that needs to be followed.
