Go to Apply Online Section and tap on "NAME CHANGE"
Log in to the portal
You have to get registered if you are a new user. If you are already registered then you can log in with the credentials.
Click on the name change in the electricity bill option
Enter information such as account id, applicant name, email id, occupation, date of birth, authorized signatory, relation name, relation type, telephone number, mobile number, reason for seeking transfer and specify the reason in detail.
Now scan and upload the documents required to change the name in electricity bills. The important documents to change the name in the electricity bill are: ID proof, Proof of ownership, NOC from previous owner, latest tax paid receipt, Indemnity bond and photocopy of licence.
After the submission of the details you have to pay the charges and you will receive application id/ user id/ account id for future reference.
The authorities will verify your details and your name will be changed after a few days.
