I hail from Kolkata and recently I had to sign a document digitally for which I needed to link my number with my Aadhar Card. Previously several centers used to do these changes but now they don’t. I got to know that I can do the changes in the Permanent Enrolment Center only. Later I visited a Post Office and got it done by a government official. I have heard that some banks can also do it as well.
You too have to make some changes by visiting such centers only. Those changes include:
Name
Address
DoB
Gender
Mobile Number
Email
Biometrics
You can only update your address online by visiting the Self Service Update Portal or clicking on
https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/
