You must log in to IndusInd Bank's net banking portal. You can also go to the mobile banking app and sign in using your credentials. Ensure your account is linked to the ECS mandate you wish to cancel.
Now check for the "Manage Mandates" option. You can get this under "Payments," or "Service Requests."
After clicking it, you can see a list of the current ECS linked to your account.
Tap on which ECS mandate you wish to revoke. I found each mandate will display details like the beneficiary name, amount, and frequency.
After that, I asked my brother to follow the on-screen directions to confirm the cancellation request.
An OTP provided to your registered email address or cellphone number may be required to authenticate the request. You will receive an email or SMS confirming the cancellation once it has been processed.
