Hi, After passing the class 12 board exams, someone who intends to pursue a career as a land surveyor should begin preparing for all the courses required for the field.
  • You must complete Years 10 and 2 in order to register for an engineering degree, or you must enrol in a non-medical degree with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as the main courses and a minimum PCM score of 60% at the most prominent university.

  • Entrance exams are held in various locations across India by public universities (such as Delhi CEE, Delhi University, etc.), independent institutions (such as IIT JEE, BITS Pilani, etc.), and central government organisations (such as the Joint Entrance Examination Mains).

  • A post-graduation degree in geodesy, civil engineering, forestry, or a related discipline is required for a job as a land surveyor. Some of the PG courses to become a land surveyor are as follows; M.E. Civil Engineering, M.Tech Civil Engineering, M.Phil Civil Engineering, Post Graduate course in Civil Engineering Etc.
