As per DDA’s official website, it has launched 4 new housing schemes in 2025: DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojna 2025, DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction), DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS), and DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025(FCFS). DDA housing scheme 2025 apply online process can be done by visiting the official website of DDA.

What is the Process of DDA Housing Scheme 2025 Registration Online?

1. Choose the housing project you want to apply for by visiting the official

   DDA

   website.

2. To generate login credentials, click "Create Login" and enter your information.

3. Once you have registered, click "Login" and input your password, user ID, and captcha code.

4. Pay the application fee online. This amount will be adjusted against the flat cost.

5. Select an apartment from the available inventory. Once selected, you will have 15 minutes to pay the whole booking amount in a single transaction. The flat will be momentarily blocked for you during this window.

6. Once the payment has been confirmed successfully, your apartment will be reserved.

7. Within 24 hours, a Demand-cum-Allotment Letter will be issued.

8. Within 60 days, you will have to pay the entire flat fee (interest-free). There is an additional 30-day grace period with 10% annual interest. 

Failure to do either will result in an abrupt cancellation.

You can apply for the housing scheme through the official website of the Delhi Development Authority. I applied for the scheme around two weeks ago, and I can share the process with you here. Just make sure you have all the required documents with you when you’re applying for the scheme. It’s a completely online application, and you need to fill out a registration form. 1. Go to the

   Delhi Development Authority (DDA) portal

2. If you have already registered, click on the Login button. If you haven’t, click on the ‘New User’ tab. 

3. A registration form will appear, which you have to fill with all the requested information, like your name, contact details, date of birth, gender, PAN, Aadhar, and mobile number.

4. Next, you must click on ‘Request for OTP’ and enter the same in the provided box.

5. Then, click on ‘submit’. Your application will be submitted.

How to Log in to the DDA Website?

So, after you register yourself, you can easily log in using your user ID and password. 

1. Go to the DDA website.

2. Log in with your credentials.

3. Enter the captcha given.
