I am assuming you want to calculate UDS on your flat. So the following formula can be used to determine UDS:
Divide the total land area by the size of each unit in the project, multiplied by the total area of all the apartments.
The super built-up area for each apartment / The sum of all the apartments' super built-up areas x Total land area
