A trade license is issued in every State to an organization so that it can carry out the business in a specific region. To ensure every citizen's safety due to improper conduct of trade, you need to acquire a trade license. In this system, an organization has to follow certain guidelines which cannot be violated. The terms of trade license are laid by the State Government. Since every business has to option the trade license I will tell you how to apply for trade license.
Documents required:
Identity and address proof of business owner.
Applicant's passport size photograph.
Documents with approval of plant and building permit.
Any documents of the building such as property tax receipt, rental agreement, etc.
NOC from the owner of the premises.
NOC from Pollution Control Board.
NOC from the Fire and Revenue Department.
The Khata Extract with details of size, location, built-up area, etc. of property.

How to apply for trade license online Bangalore?
The BBMP ( Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) issues trade licenses to businesses or shops within its jurisdiction. Let me share the online process below:
Visit the BBMP website and tap on the 'Citizen Services' button.

Next in
how to apply trade licence, you will need to
choose the 'Trade License' option.
Select the 'Online Trade License New Registration' option.
Tap on 'Continue' after checking out and agreeing with the terms and conditions.
The application form will appear on the screen. Enter all the relevant details and click on 'Next' for successful registration.
The trade license is valid till 31st March every year. Every business needs to renew the license by filling out an affidavit for the same.
