You are required to file a TDS return with the Income Tax Department of India. For that, you have to visit their official website (link given below) and fill out an application form. After that, you will get an acknowledgment number, which you should save for future purposes.
After that, send an acknowledgment form to the PAN service provider along with the identity proof, address proof, DoB proof, and 2 colored photographs.
PAN application charges are Rs. 105 for communication addresses within the country and Rs. 971 for outside India. You have to attach the payment receipt with the acknowledgment form.
