Your Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) number
Your MGNREGA-registered job card number
Consent document to use Aadhaar on your behalf
Go to the official website (https://pmayg.nic.in/netiay/masterlogin.aspx) and log in using your credentials
Enter personal details, like the Aadhaar number, mobile number, and more.
Attach the consent form needed to use the Aadhaar number
Tap on the “search” option to check out the PMAY ID, beneficiary name, and priority.
Tap on the ‘'Select to Register’' button.
After that, the beneficiary details will appear on the page.
Now, fill in the remaining beneficiary details like Aadhaar number, relation, ownership type, and more.
Attach the consent form needed to use the Aadhaar number on beneficiary’s behalf
Next, fill in the beneficiary account details and choose ‘'Yes’' if the beneficiary wants to take a loan
After that, fill in the beneficiary’s SBM (Swachh Bharat Mission) number and the MGNREGA job card number
