Here are the steps to follow if you wish to learn how to apply for ec online in Bangalore
Go to the
Kaveri Website
.
Click on 'Register as a new user'. Fill up all the details like Name, Date of Birth, Address, PAN, Mobile Number, Email Id etc. You will receive a code on your phone which you need to put to get registered.
After registering, log in to the Kaveri online services.
Tap on 'Online EC' after logging in.
Choose the date range by referring to the sale deed. Fill in the important information such as property type number, property type, and measurement of the property.
You will receive an OTP after clicking on ' Send OTP to view Document. After entering the OTP you can view the Encumbrance Certificate.
Tap on ' View Document' to check out the EC online.
To download the signed copy click on the option 'Check to apply for digitally signed EC'. You need to pay a fee to download the digitally signed copy. Tap on 'proceed' at the bottom of the online document.
Your EC will be signed by the authorities within a few days.
