Open the citizen portal of Patna Nagar Nigam ( Building Plan Approval System).
Register with your name and log in.
Open the AutoMap and add details about
the land (plot) .
Mention property details as well.
Further, assign a registered technical person and builder in the AutoMap itself.
Upload your application
Scan and attach all the required documents as well.
Further, upload a secured client utility file.
Pay the application fee via netbanking
Hit on submit
