Here are a few ways I learned to remineralise or increase RO water TDS. 

1. Add Mineral Drops: Adding mineral drops is easy as you can procure them from health food stores. After purchasing the mineral drops, you can add a few drops to your RO water and mix it well before drinking the water. 

2. Himalayan Salt: Himalayan Salt is rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, etc. Add a pinch of this salt to your RO water and let it dissolve. 

3. Lemon Juice: Mixing Lemon juice with water adds flavour to the water and necessary minerals such as Vitamin C, potassium, etc. 

These are the methods that I have learned about increasing the TDS level in RO water. Among them, the lemon juice method seemed to be the better option for me.
