If that is the case, you will need to tighten it up and get it fixed. Use a screwdriver to straighten out the crooked doors. The cabinet doors must be lined up, so if they are not, unscrew and reattach them and things will become all good.
Turn the adjustment lever clockwise so that it faces the cabinet ceiling and make it as tight as you can
