From what I know, you can’t add a mobile number to your PNB account online. You can call customer care at 1800180222 from your mobile phone, and a PNB employee will validate your call. If the verification is positive, your application to register your mobile number will be approved. And after a few admin steps, your number will be verified for banking facilities.
