Hi, Recently I added my mobile number in TNPDCL through their official website. So, how to add mobile number in electricity bill? The process is really simple,
Visit the TNPDCL official website at
https://www.tnebltd.gov.in/mobilenoentry/After that, select Owner if Service Connection is in your name or Select Occupant.
Select category: Owner mobile number, owner cum occupant, and occupant mobile number
Then enter your Service Connection Number
Click on the submit button
Both the owner of the service connection and the occupant at the premises can update the mobile number on their electricity bill.
Service Connection Owner: Upload a valid ID proof and submit the request. Your mobile number will be updated after the Area Engineer confirms the information. For the update, choose "Owner cum Occupant mobile number" if the owner is also the occupant.
Occupant: Both the owner and the occupant will receive an OTP for validation. The mobile number will be updated in the records after it has been verified.
If the owner’s number is invalid or unavailable, the occupant cannot update their number until the owner’s mobile number is updated.
