How Can I Add Channels in Airtel DTH Plan?
Add Channels via SMS (Registered Number): Find the channel number of the channel you want to add. Using your registered mobile number, type: ADD <Channel Number> and send it to 54325. You will receive a confirmation message once the channel is successfully added.
Add Channels via SMS (Non-Registered Number): If your mobile number isn’t registered, type: ADD <Channel Number> <Customer ID> and send to 54325. An OTP will be sent to your registered number. Send the OTP in this format from your non-registered number: TOP <OTP> to 54325. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the channel is added.
Add Channels Using Airtel Digital TV: Switch on your TV and enter channel number 998 on your Airtel remote. Navigate to the Add Channels tab on the Help page. Follow the on-screen instructions. A confirmation code will appear. Send this code to 54325. The channel will then be added to your subscription.
Add Channels via Airtel Thanks App: Open the Airtel Thanks app and go to the Services tab. Select DTH, enter your Customer ID if required. Tap Add Channel, choose VAS, Broadcaster, or A-la-carte. For single channels, select A-la-carte. Pick your preferred channel, click Confirm/Proceed, and make the payment. The channel will be added to your plan shortly.
