How to Add Beneficiary in PNB Net BankingGo to the Net banking portal of PNB
There, you will see two options “Retail Internet Banking” or “Corporate Internet Banking”. Retail is saving accounts and corporate is for business accounts.
If you have a saving account in PNB, so click on the “Retail Internet Banking’’ button and log in to the portal using your credentials.
Tap on “Manage Beneficiary“.
After that, you will see several options like ‘Add RTGS Payee’, ‘Add within PNB‘, and ‘Add NEFT Payee‘. Choose the second option if you’re adding a beneficiary with a PNB account. The other two are useful for beneficiaries without a Punjab National Bank account. Let’s say you choose the “NEFT Payee” option. Tap on ‘Ok‘.
On the new page, you will have to add details like the beneficiary’s account number and nickname.
Validate the account and also choose whether you want to give it “Local “ or “Global” access.
Enter the IFSC code of the bank branch of the beneficiary. Mention the transaction limits as well. You will also have to enter the transaction password for added security. Tap on the “submit” button.
Confirm the beneficiary from the confirmation list. Tick the current beneficiary and tap on “confirm”. After that, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no. Just enter it and confirm the beneficiary.
