I believe you want to know how much a renter will receive from the owner if the owner sells the house under the Pagdi system. Because it is only in the Pagdi system that there is a partial ownership system.
So, if you are a part of the Pagdi contract, and the owner of the property sells the property, you may be entitled to get some amount of the sale. But the amount you will get depends on the price decided upon by the mutual agreement of the owner and you. There is no thumb rule on how much a tenant will get from the owner from the sale.
