Hi,
I think to calculate stamp duty, you will have to get the property price rather than the property area. The stamp duty is charged at 5% + 1% Cess + 1% local body tax in Pune. for example if your property is priced at Rs. 50 lacs then stamp duty will be Rs. 5000000 *7%, i.e., Rs. 3,50,000.
