The amount or share totally depends on the agreement between the landowner and tenant. Some pay the share in money and some share the crop produced. Both must come to an agreement and then only proceed as per the Tenancy Act of
1956. So I would suggest you talk with the other party and come to an understanding or seek a legal expert’s advice.
