Hi,
A property card issued by a competent authority serves as evidence that the holder is the only owner of the subject property and is entitled to all of the rights of an absolute owner. Property ownership details and a history of land holdings are disclosed on property cards or ownership certificates.
And from what I know, the owner does not have to pay anything to apply for a land ownership certificate or property card. But, they are required to pay for the stamp, which must be purchased for Rs 25, to be included with the application for an ownership certificate.
