Go to the TIN-NSDL website at:
https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html
Type “Changes or correction in existing PAN data/ Reprint of PAN card (No changes in existing PAN data)”.
Enter the information marked as mandatory then hit ‘Submit’.
You will receive a token number on your email-id. You will need the token number for future reference.
Fill in all the important fields on the “Personal Details’ page along with selecting the mode of submission of your PAN application form.
Choose a physical PAN card or e-PAN card at your convenience. If you select an e-PAN card please provide a valid email address. You will receive a digitally signed PAN card on your email ID after this.
Enter “Contact & other details” and “document details” and submit the application.
You will be redirected to the payment page and after the payment, you will receive an acknowledgement form.
You can check the status of your PAN card with the help of your 15 digits acknowledgement number generated.
You will receive your duplicate PAN card within 2 weeks.
