Hi, According to my research and knowledge, you can buy agricultural land in Chattisgarh. However, avoid tribal lands as they are not transferable to non-tribal people. In Chattisgarh, the maximum ceiling of dry land is 30 acres. But, in order to obtain more than that, you must follow Section 7 of the Land Ceiling Act in the same.
