I believe there is no specific number as such. It depends on the area and locality of the property. For example in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc., spacious 2BHK will be different than in other cities like Kanpur, Dehradun, Kochi, etc.
In my opinion in cities with high population and density, a 900 to 1200 sq ft 2BHK flat will be considered spacious. Whereas, in other cities it can go up to 1800 sq ft. or more as well.
